Shipping policy
We have two shipping options available for all orders:
- Paid shipping: Flat rate $9.5, estimated delivery 2–17 days
- Free shipping: Estimated delivery 3–25 days
Orders take 1–3 business days for processing, quality review and packing before shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by remote areas, customs clearance, holiday peaks or carrier disruptions. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package is dispatched.
We ship globally. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes or customs charges. If your package has stalled in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our support team with your order number and relevant photos, and we will assist you.
